Community Information Session: San Diego Coordinated Community Plan to End Youth Homelessness

Regarding the Youth Homeless Demonstration Program (YHDP) Grant, San Diego Coordinated Community Plan (CCP) to End Youth Homelessness AND Overview of upcoming Request For Proposal (RFP) for YHDP, which will be out to the community in April.
Please join the Youth Action Board, Operations Team and Regional Task Force on Homelessness to introduce the final San Diego Coordinated Community Plan to End Youth Homelessness, which was approved by The US Department of Housing and Urban Development on March 13, 2019.
