Instructions for Receiving Email Updates on HMIS Transition

If you signed up for HMIS Transition Updates, you should have received an email confirming your subscription to emails. If you do not see one in your inbox after several minutes, check your Spam folder and – if it was sent there – mark the email as “Not Spam”.

If your confirmation email did get marked by your email client as Spam, the best way to ensure that you will receive future emails in your Inbox is to add support@rtfhsd.org to your email “whitelist” by following the instructions linked below:
