Deadline for Requesting New Projects and User Trainings in ServicePoint

2018-10-04 16:22:16

As we prepare for migrating to the new system we will be slowing down on setting up new projects and training new users in ServicePoint in order to work on configuring the new system. We are setting a deadline of October 15th for requesting routine setups of new projects as well as new training requests in ServicePoint. After that date new projects/users being added and trained will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if they are urgently necessary. Please note that this is only for new projects and users in ServicePoint; we will be scheduling training for all users on using Clarity and once we have migrated we will work with agencies on project setup requests in Clarity. Please contact us at support@rtfhsd.org with any questions on this.
