This community-wide session is designed to provide insight and answers to questions related to how the R&R tool works, how San Diego CoC “homelessness priorities” are integrated into the scoring, what parts of the process are and are not driven by an agency’s own performance, what National HUD norms are and how San Diego CoC adjusts these norms before scoring applications for funding.
This session is designed to allow for open dialogue, questions and answers and a deep dive into how the R&R process in San Diego CoC is driven by local CoC priorities, our own overall system’s “service needs” and best practices across the country.
Please feel free to forward questions or concerns ahead of time to cocsandiego@rtfhsd.org, if preferred (if you do not wish your organization to be identified with the questions, please just indicate ‘anonymous’.)
